This page is devoted to showing the differences between the Neon TB and the Stratus TB. The Stratus one is always on the Left while the Neon one is always on the Right.

From this side view you will see that the design of the throttle linkage bracket is different and the place where the fuel vapor evap line is connected is attached in a different location,

From the top and sides you can see the differences in the way that the TPS and IAC sensors connected and designed.

From the bottom you can see how the IAC passage is designed to route the air back into the intake from a passage that is cast into the TB itself while the Neon one just dumps it directly into the manifold.
